Overview

Healthcare products and services that drive behaviour change are crucial because they empower individuals to take ownership of their health and make positive choices that can prevent or manage chronic diseases.

These products and services go beyond traditional medical interventions, addressing lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, stress management, and adherence to medication regimens, which play a significant role in overall health outcomes. By encouraging behaviour change, healthcare products and services can empower individuals to adopt healthy habits, reduce health risks, and improve their well-being, leading to better health outcomes and more cost-effective healthcare interventions in the long run.

This session explores the importance of successful healthcare products and services that drive behaviour change, the steps to designing such products and services, the critical questions you need to answer, and tools such as The Healthcare Canvas that leverage the jobs-to-be-done framework.
