Front-End Developer – Microsec

This role is with Microsec, a startup supported by SGInnovate.

Candidates will get to work on world class security protocols intended for IoT and smart city applications along with platforms like Raspberry PI, Beaglebone, Arduino and other embedded systems.

Your Responsibilities:

Developing a web dashboard for IoT via Angular 5 front-end framework. Some of the other duties involved:

  • Implement modern and responsive UI for the web and variety of devices
  • Write testable, well thought out code within the JavaScript ecosystem, embracing additional frameworks when appropriate
  • Participate in agile software development, prototyping and code reviews with a small team of developers
  • Unit, e2e and performance testing software under load to ensure reliability and scalability
     

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Angular 5 with deep knowledge in Javascript, CSS and UI/UX design.
  • Good experience with Linux, Apache/Nginx, RESTful API, JSON and Git.
  • Working knowledge of Sharepoint, mocking frameworks, testing frameworks, and dependency injection.
