Overview:
The Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive awareness and acquisition targets for the Helix Immersion Programme (HIP). This role also supports the Marketing Director with SGInnovate’s broader brand and marketing activities.
About Helix Immersion Programme:
The Helix Immersion Programme (HIP) is one of SGInnovate’s talent initiatives aimed at building and growing the talent pipeline for Deep Tech startups. The programme is a one-year, full-time on-the-job training fellowship designed for individuals seeking to advance their careers in the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including content curation, digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.
- Develop and manage the programme marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Curate and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners to develop engagement events.
- Utilise HubSpot CRM, to send dedicated EDMs.
- Able to develop basic marketing assets such as electronic mailers (EDMs) is a plus.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Integrated Marketing/Communications or a related subject area. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though 2-3 years of experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Familiarity in the BioMedTech field is preferred.
- Basic design skills such as proficiency with Canva, Adobe Illustrator and etc, are a plus.
- Knowledge is using HubSpot is a plus.
