Our Learning team plays a key role in upskilling and reskilling the Deep Tech Ecosystem. We design innovative learning strategies with industry experts to empower professionals through workshops, leadership programs, and data-driven insights.
Our work is dynamic and creative, focusing on building talent pipelines and future-ready development programs. Every initiative is crafted to be impactful, engaging, and fun, fostering continuous growth in the tech community.
Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with industry experts: Work closely with thought leaders and professionals to help deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Work with a network of leading learning partners: Gain hands-on experience in coordinating educational programs with renowned learning partners.

Lead and organise impactful workshops: Take ownership of events and workshops that shape the skills of the next generation of deep tech talent.

Analyse and interpret data from past and current programmes and participants to help optimise our learning offerings.

Research deep tech trends and competitors, providing valuable insights that will shape our strategy and keep us ahead in the ecosystem.
You will be a good fit if you possess:

Project management experience in data gathering and analysis.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

A proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to innovate.

A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore new ideas.
