Shannon Ewan currently serves as the CEO for the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) in Alexandria, VA. She is a skilled Agile Coach, facilitator, trainer and leader with extensive business and Information Technology (IT) experience in the commercial and government sectors. In addition to her work coaching and leading agile organizations, she has spent several years studying and working outside of the US, including a two-year stint as a Small Enterprise Developer in US Peace Corps / Cameroon. Shannon is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
Craig Smith, Product Lead Business Agility for SoftEd, part of Skills Development Group
Craig Smith has been an Agile practitioner, coach and one of Australia’s premier Agile trainers for over twenty years. As the Product Lead Business Agility for SoftEd, a previous director of the Agile Alliance board and co- chair of the Agile Coaching Ethics and Community Group Support initiatives, co-organiser of the Agile Brisbane Meetup Group, advisor of Agile Australia, co- host of one of the world’s leading Agile Podcasts (The Agile Revolution) and an Agile Editor for InfoQ, Craig is one of Australia’s heaviest contributors to the Agile community. Craig has presented at numerous local and international conferences and meetups. Craig specialises in all facets of Agile training, executive coaching and technical excellence by helping teams and organisations move quality to the left.
