Huy Nguyen Trieu

Huy Nguyen Trieu is the Co-founder of CFTE and CEO of the Disruptive Group. He has navigated between startups and large organisations, from CEO of a startup to Managing Director in international banks, from mentor to entrepreneurs to Resident Expert at Oxford. He is fascinated by the changes happening around us, the impact of technology on many industries, and the changing dynamics between small and large organisations. An engineer by background, an entrepreneur by nature, and more generally a “big picture” person, he co-founded and led Ukibi, a precursor of Linkedin, in 1999. After 5 intense years, he fell by coincidence into banking and was fortunate to be an intrapreneur in major international banks where he helped to build very large businesses. At the same time, he continued to be very engaged in technology and innovation, mentored dozens of entrepreneurs and supported many startups.

Ayesha Khanna

Dr. Ayesha Khanna is Co-Founder and CEO of ADDO AI, an artificial intelligence (Al) advisory firm and incubator. She is a strategic advisor on artificial intelligence, smart cities and Fintech to clients such as SMRT, Singapore's largest public transport company, SOMPO, Japan's largest insurance firm, and SmartDubai. Ayesha is also the Founder of 21C GIRLS, a charity that delivers free coding and artificial intelligence classes to girls in Singapore. Ayesha is author of Straight Throgh Processing (2008) and co-author of Hybrid Reality: Thriving in the Emerging Human-Technology Civilization (2012). She has been published and frequently quoted on important business publications such as The New York Times, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, etc. Ayesha has a BA in Economics from Harvard University, an MS in Operations Research from Columbia University and a PhD in Information Systems and Innovation from the London School of Economics.

Philip Watson

Philip Watson is Managing Director at Citi Private Bank. He is Head of the Global Investment Lab, and Chief Innovation Officer for the Private Bank. The Investment Lab provides ultra-high net-worth individuals and their family offices with expertise and advice in portfolio construction, risk analytics and investment strategy. The Innovation Office supports clients by sharing insights and perspectives on key trends and emerging technologies. The office is also engaged in a range of innovation initiatives at the Private Bank and Citi - including the Growth Board, accelerator programs and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

Stephan Murer, Owner, Murer Consulting GmbH
Stephan Murer

Dr. Stephan Murer, owner of Murer Consulting GmbH, is an independent technology consultant and board member. Until 2017, he was Group Chief Technology officer at UBS AG, responsible for architecture and innovation of UBS's information systems. Before that. Stephan Murer performed the same role over many years at Credit Suisse. Stephan is a computer scientist by origin. He holds a diploma and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from ETH in Zurich and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gall. After an academic career at ETH and University of California in Berkeley, he joined Credit Suisse in 1994. In parallel to his corporate functions, Stephan has remained active in the academic world by teaching at various universities including at the Computer Science department in Oxford, and by publishing regularly.

Jon Ng

Jon Ng is the General Manager, Technology & Innovation at the New World Group. Prior to this role, Jon was the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Ping An Technology where he focused on the corporate strategy, TechFin incubation and open innovation. He was also responsible for the strategy consulting practice and the Experience Design Centre, and supports the Group's technology innovation and R&D agenda. Previously. Jon was Executive Director and Head of Digital & Innovation at Standard Chartered Bank where he led FinTech strategic development and engagement with the ecosystem of startups and partners. He was instrumental to the setup and launch of the first home-grown FinTech accelerator in Hong Kong, and is a key member of the Advisory Board for the SuperCharger Fintech accelerator programme.

Winnie Cheng

Dr. Winnie Cheng currently serves as the Director of the Al Lab at PwC. Prior to this, Winnie was the Chief Data Scientist at lo-Tahoe, a pioneer in machine learning-driven smart data discovery to help enterprises govern their data. She received the editor's choice "Women in IT award by Information Age. Dr. Cheng is the senior advisor to data-driven venture platforms, Hatcher and Fundnel, that are disrupting venture investing with advanced technologies. Prior to lo-Tahoe, she co-founded Flowcast, helping global banks leverage Al and ML to enhance their credit models and automate operational processes. Dr. Cheng has also held Chief and Senior Data Scientist positions at Bankrate, J.P. Morgan, American Express, and IBM, as well as senior engineering roles at Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard. She holds a PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, and a Masters in Science (MS) from Stanford University in Engineering
