Speakers:
Claudio Caballero: Firemark Singapore's Director of Product Innovation. Claudio has led technology teams for over 20 years, in both startups and the Fortune 50. An early adopter in applying AI, Claudio first used neural networks to process machine vision data in the early 1990s. Last in Singapore as Director of Engineering in a robotics startup in the late 90s, he returned to his native New York City, where he began using Agile methodologies to lead the delivery of software systems.Comfortable in both hackathons and board rooms, Claudio has advised PE firms on technology strategy for portfolio companies and prospective deals, but still codes on occasion and has been championing digital transformation using public clouds and DevOps for nearly a decade. Claudio received a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD Singapore in 2016 after leading two global software projects for an MNC with operations in Thailand.
Steve Monaghan:Chairman,CEO of Gen.Life, a Limited Partner and Investment Committeemember in True Global Ventures, Vice Chairman of Borderless Healthcare Mobile China, Co-Chairman of HK HealthTech Association,a Board Member of Proximiti and a private investor in ArtificialIntelligence, Life Sciences, Healthtech and Fintech. Steve specializes in the creation of innovative business models for leading institutions and startups and is an advisor to AIA, Veritas Genetics and Intel.
Dr. Geok Leng TAN: CEO at AIDA Technologies, formerly holding roles as Executive Director of Singapore's largest Infocomm Research Institute, A*STAR, as well as CTO of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. As an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, he has deep expertise in product development, research, techno-business consulting, start-up and general management and holds a PHD, Engineering from Cambridge University.
Jay Shah: Founder, CEO of OpenDNA, a technology visionary and the designer behind OpenDNA's AI technology. He brings 20 years of serial entrepreneurship having founded numerous technology companies in Europe, North America and Africa, ranging from Content Management Systems, VoIP & Mobile Telephony as well as launching a technology incubator in the UK. He has also served on the boards of several entrepreneur-led businesses and has set-up multiple partnerships with venture capitalists and business angel networks for funding purposes.
