AI InsurTech, a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and insurance technology (InsurTech), refers to the application of AI technologies to innovate and improve various aspects of the insurance industry. InsurTech aims to streamline and enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience in insurance through advanced technologies.

In health, AI InsurTech significantly impacts risk assessment, claims processing, and personalised policy offerings, leading to better healthcare outcomes and more efficient insurance operations.

Anastasia has over 20 years global and regional Life Sciences (MedTech, Pharma and Digital Health) and Healthcare (Public and Private) industry experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across a variety of first-line and second-line roles. Anastasia couples her strategic and sector expertise with strong data science and engineering foundations and qualifications to help drive, create and translate value across the healthcare ecosystem; for patients, providers, businesses and systems. Mr Gourab Mukherjee

Gourab is a global thought leader in longevity and digital health science. He is passionate about solving real-world problems by connecting people, ideas, and networks. Gourab co-founded Aktivo Labs to improve population health and longevity. He pioneered the digital deployment of the World Health Organization (WHO) wellbeing index. Gourab brings 15 years of experience building business lines globally in digital health and commercializing data-science innovation. Gourab is currently liaising with enterprises, institutions, and governments to deploy technologies that predict and prevent chronic diseases. He is a strategic advisor to corporations, institutions, and family offices globally. Gourab holds a double degree in Information Technology from ECU, Australia.

Paul Kent, Head of Data and Analytics, KPMG Singapore
Paul Kent

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in Australia, the Middle East and Asia and leads the Economics, Data and Analytics practice for KPMG Singapore. He has a strong analytical background and has led engagements to analyze and assess data to improve decision making for both private and public sector clients. His experience includes ideation and use case identification, data migration and strategy, data governance, and the use of analytics including GenAi to better improve business outcomes, increase productivity and drive operational performance. Paul has Bachelor degrees in Economics and Science and a Master Degree in Economics from the University of Queensland.

Dr Kelvin Loh , Group Chief Healthcare Officer, AIA
Dr Kelvin Loh

Dr Loh is Group Chief Healthcare Officer at and a member of the Group Executive Committee at AIA. Dr. Loh has the overall group responsibility for the execution of AIA’s Integrated Health Strategy as well as AIA’s health-related businesses. In his last role prior to joining AIA, in Dr Kelvin Loh was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of IHH Healthcare, a global integrated healthcare provider. Dr Loh is a senior business executive with experience in leading a large listed entity, building relationships with stakeholders, improving healthcare operations, clinical quality improvement, financial management and developing people. He is also deeply familiar with the healthcare operating context in different countries across Asia. He spent the early years of his career as a practicing general physician.

Dr Leow Yung Khee, Executive Medical Director, Singlife
Dr Leow Yung Khee

Dr. Leow Yung Khee, a seasoned insurance and regulatory expert with over 30 years of experience, currently serves as the Executive Medical Director at Singlife. Starting as a medical practitioner, her understanding of healthcare informs her approach to insurance. Dr. Leow played a crucial role in crafting Singapore's health insurance regulatory framework and she has held executive positions in leading insurance companies. Her leadership has been instrumental in developing group insurance programs and navigating claims processes. As the Convenor of Group Insurance for the Life Insurance Association, she collaborates with industry stakeholders to address evolving market needs. Recognised for her exceptional contributions, Dr. Leow received the prestigious IBF Fellow award in 2016, highlighting her dedication and impact on Singapore's insurance landscape.
