Overview
AI300 is the final course in the Artificial Intelligence Nanodegree. It serves as an advanced-level course for students with background in Python programming and Machine Learning. Drawing on fundamental Machine Learning principles learnt in AI200, this course equips learners with technical skills required to build and also deploy robust Machine Learning models to the cloud.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the skills needed to (1) work collaboratively in a team with other data scientists, (2) productionize machine learning models, and (3) deploy models to the cloud. Specific lesson outcome includes: Lesson 1: Introduce to database management with SQL (part 1) Lesson 2: Database management with SQL (part 2) Lesson 3: IDEs, Git and GitHub Lesson 4: Object Oriented Programming (OOP) Lesson 5: Building web application with Flask Lesson 6: Application Programming Interfaces (API) Lesson 7: Deployment with Docker and AWS Lesson 8: CI/CD and A/B Testing
Recommended Prerequisites
As AI300 is focused on the deployment of machine learning models, sufficient prior experience in Python programming is required for learners to benefit fully from the course. As such, you need to complete the AI200 prerequisite course. However, waivers may be granted case-by-case.
