Overview
Gain knowledge and insights from our panel of experienced leaders and managers in Web/Mobile/IoT Testing
Software testing is a challenging task in any software development cycle. However, currently most companies have testers who either manually execute test cases or write test scripts (using APIs provided by test automation frameworks) that can be executed automatically. Either way, the test cases are provided manually and require lots of domain knowledge. This process is neither scalable nor thorough, requires substantial effort to create and maintain test cases (e.g., even some minor change would break a test script) and is insufficient as these test cases mostly do not explore corner cases and different system environments. (AI-powered) Automated Test Generation (Test Robot or Testbot) is a promising approach to tackle the limitations of Manual Test Generation techniques. Many testers start worrying about their careers because of the Testbots.
In this event, we will learn more about Testbots and discuss about their advantages and limitations. We will also discuss whether we can control the Testbots and make our testing jobs more enjoyable. Over the panel discussion, we will gain knowledge and insights from our panel of experienced leaders and managers in Web/Mobile/IoT Testing.
