Uthaya Arulkumaran is a safety leader with 18+ years of experience across HSE, WSH and operational safety, with experience spanning oil & gas, construction, telecommunications and industrial environments. His work has focused on safety management, risk prevention and improving visibility into what is happening on the ground. In this session, he shares a practitioner’s perspective on where safety visibility can break down and how technology can support earlier intervention.
