Trainer's Profile:
Eugene Chong, Senior Rewards Consultant, Mercer
Eugene is a senior consultant in the Broad-Based Rewards Consulting Practice at Mercer, focusing on project management and delivery of Compensation Framework Design. Having built a career in both Consulting and Corporate HR, Eugene is experienced in job evaluation & grade structure alignment, compensation & benefits benchmarking, fixed & variable compensation design, performance management system reviews, competencies development & implementation, employee communications and change management. Eugene regularly conducts workshops on Mercer’s International Position Evaluation methodology, as well as topics like grade and salary structure design. He is also versed in formulating HR Strategy, operationalising workforce plans and budgeting. Prior to joining Mercer, Eugene was a Senior Group Rewards Specialist in a renowned Insurer. His career started with Willis Towers Watson and was last a Rewards Consultant leading the Total Compensation Surveys in Singapore.

Stacy Minjoot, Executive Remuneration & Rewards Consultant, Mercer
Stacy is a Consultant with the Mercer Rewards team with a background of consulting, business partnering and in-house compensation and benefits roles. She has managed projects involving target setting, executive remuneration, as well as incentive design work. Stacy has been involved in various executive and NED benchmarking, and incentive design projects since joining Mercer. The projects covered a range of startups to mature companies. Prior to joining Mercer, she was a business partner in a pharmaceutical company, covering the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee relations. She was the rewards specialist for APAC, with strengths in project management, analysis and both broad-based and executive remuneration. She played a key role in aligning global policies with execution both regionally and locally. Stacy also supported design, implementation and management of executive compensation and incentive plans.
