Colin Tan, Investment Director, Coronet Ventures

Colin is the investment director of Coronet Ventures. He has worked in healthcare startups in the US and Singapore, focusing on fund raising, medical device project management, operations, product design and development. His experience includes taking projects through conceptualization, verification, clinical trials, regulatory approvals, manufacturing and commercialization. Colin has managed and worked on a diverse range of projects from tissue engineering of vascular substitutes to ocular implants, glucose monitoring, endoscopy, orthopedic, and cardiovascular products. He completed his Master's in Bioengineering from Stanford University and Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Kim Demeyer is the Science & Technology Counsellor South East Asia & Oceania for Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT). Tan Chuan Seng, Centre Director, A*STAR Partners Centre
Tan Chuan Seng

Mr. Tan Chuan Seng has a diverse background with 12 years of experience in China, spanning both public and private sectors. Notably, he pioneered and manages A*STAR Partners’ Centre (A*PC), ASTAR’s first overseas setup in Suzhou Industrial Park, which serves as a launchpad for Singapore tech companies entering China. Since November 2020, the A*PC has assisted 37 Singapore tech companies to establish a presence in China via SIP, resulting in cumulative investments of RMB 18 mil and overseas revenue at RMB 100 mil. Previously, Chuan Seng held positions such as Assistant General Manager at ETHOZ Group, managing the company's subsidiary in Chengdu, and Regional Director (West China) at Enterprise Singapore, where he assisted Singapore companies in venturing into West China.
