Course Description & Learning Outcomes
This course is part of the Advanced Certificate in Generative AI, Ethics and Data Protection. It is designed for individuals and teams looking to enhance their conversational AI skills and learning about effective prompt techniques. In this course, participants will gain hands-on experience with conversational AI tools and learn how to design and implement conversational AI applications without any coding. The course also includes guidance on responsible use and ethical considerations surrounding conversational AI, helping participants to implement these technologies responsibly and safely. At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to: - Understand the fundamentals of conversational AI and its applications - Analyse the different types of conversational agents and select the appropriate one for their business needs - Develop conversational prompts that enhance user engagement and maximise accuracy and quality response - Implement conversational AI tools in their business processes to increase productivity and efficiency - Understand the ethical considerations of using conversational AI and the importance of responsible use
