About Croc Pitch
In 2018 the Darwin Innovation Hub first launched Croc Pitch – an annual innovation Pitching contest with Venture Capital investment up for grabs. Now leading into its sixth year – Croc Pitch has become Northern Australia’s biggest innovation pitch contest. Each year Croc Pitch grows in size and momentum, and 2024 is set to be our best yet!
Croc Pitch is a hybrid event, both live and virtual – so anyone, anywhere in the world can get involved through pitching, engaging, supporting and contributing. Croc Pitch provides contributors, sponsors and stakeholders an opportunity to showcase their business and support innovation and entrepreneurship while developing relationships with North Australia’s business community.

How to get involved?
Step 1: Attend an Information Session
Learn everything you need to know about Croc Pitch 2024 at our Information Sessions. From how to succeed, terms and conditions, to meeting the investment team and understanding the criteria for investment, the information session is a MUST if you want to be competitive.
Step 2: Register for Croc Pitch – NOW OPEN
Register for Croc Pitch 2024 by filling out the form at crocpitch.com.au
Submit your registration by 5pm ACST Monday, 23rd September 2024. By applying for Croc Pitch 2024, you agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 3: Register, Prepare & Attend Croc Camp
Croc Camp is a mandatory preparatory program for all Croc Pitch contestants. Participants will receive direct advice and feedback from DIH mentors and the investment team.
At Croc Camp, participants will practice their pitch just like they would at the finals! You’ll have 10 minutes to deliver your pitch, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. Ensure your pitch covers off criteria covered in our Information Sessions.
After pitching, engage with mentors to receive valuable feedback and use it to refine your presentation.
Step 4: Croc Pitch!

The eight finalists compete in Croc Pitch at the Darwin Innovation Hub, pitching their innovation to a panel and live audience starting at 10am.
Stay for the full event day. The winner will be announced at 1:30 pm ACST.
