Prior to that Eric ran the APJC CTO and COO for UBS and Merrill Lynch Bank of America respectively. In those roles, Eric worked with boards and senior teams driving business results through corporate culture change, innovation, the development of entrepreneurial enterprise leaders, and operational excellence. Most recently, Eric worked with Fortune 500 enterprises to tailor and adopt the Working Backwards approach to enterprise innovation. Since 2018, “Innovation Engine” spinouts have secured over 200M in internal/external funding and have generated a combined revenue impact of over 25B for customers.
