He began his career in the Singapore Armed Forces, serving as an instructor, ground commander, and MINDEF staff officer. Afterward, he worked in warehousing and printing, spending 12 years overseas in the UK and China. Peter later joined an engineering company, handling spare parts, business development, and M&A, before leading digital transformation at a security firm. There, he trained 500+ colleagues globally on Ops Tech, data analytics, robotics, and design thinking. At Certis in 2020, he developed citizen developers skilled in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. An early adopter of ChatGPT and now Copilot Pro, Peter has 20+ years of Microsoft Office experience. He holds a degree in Theoretical Physics (Imperial College), is a certified Design Thinking facilitator, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
