Overview
In this 1 day in-person course, you will foster attributes to become resourceful and analytical, with the ability to independently plan and manage project resources and obtain buy-in amongst multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders to drive a TRL 3 – 4 health and medtech project towards completion in a timely and effective manner.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, you will be able to: - Formulate medical device development WBS and schedule - Analyze, pre-empt and manage project risks - Develop a detailed and effective resource allocation plan for all health & medtech project activities and implement within agreed cost, timescale and resources - Communicate effectively amongst multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
Recommended Prerequisites
Exposure to training in basic PM practices is preferred
