Yong Yoek Ling, Founder and Director, Bold At Work
Through Yoek Ling's various roles as educator and entrepreneur, social change leader and change facilitator, the various threads tie together in her passion for designing learning experiences, systems and structures that activate individual agency and align communities to create the impact that they want. Her leadership experience spans the public and people sectors; she has held leadership positions in various public service domains such as trade and industry, health and finance. She served as the Chairperson and now serves as Executive Director of charity organisation, Beautiful People Sg Ltd in a volunteer capacity. She is also the founding Director of Bold At Work, an enterprise which builds capacities for designing good lives, careers and communities.
