Dr. Tamar Eilam, IBM Fellow and Chief Scientist for Sustainable Computing in the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, New York., IBM
Dr. Tamar Eilam

Tamar is leading research aiming at drastically reducing the carbon footprint associated with computing across infrastructure, systems, and software, data and AI. Tamar complete a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science in the Technion, Israel, in 2000. She joined the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in New York as a Research Staff Member that same year. She was awarded an IBM Fellow in 2014.

Daniel Klyashtorny

Daniel Klyashtorny leads the IBM Research partnerships for AI infrastructure and hybrid cloud platform innovations. In this role, Daniel is responsible for a team of business development executives who work with partners globally on establishing strategic relationships that advance a partner’s AI priorities through business relationships that include cutting-edge AI infrastructure, joint research, and ecosystem development. In so doing, Daniel works closely with a range of partners including startups and ISVs, enterprise clients, universities and government entities to develop strategic relationships that help to advance the partner’s and IBM’s AI priorities. Prior to joining IBM, Daniel held several roles including VP of strategic initiatives for the global markets business of a leading global investment bank, and PwC where he was a management consultant in the banking and capital markets group.
