Yasmin Abdeen, Lecturer, EHL Hospitality and Business School
Yasmin Abdeen

With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, Yasmin is a multifaceted and accomplished professional with a rich and diverse background in education, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and global leadership. Yasmin's entrepreneurial journey began when she co-founded an education consultancy two decades ago. Her extensive entrepreneurship experience has given her a unique perspective on emerging businesses' challenges and opportunities. She serves on the advisory board of Strive2Thrive, an international social enterprise focused on sustainability. At the EHL Hospitality and Business School, Yasmin is one of two faculty advisors for the university's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Lab. With her educational and entrepreneurial background and experience in not-for-profit organisations, Yasmin brings a wealth of experience in global leadership, organisational governance, and sustainability.

Fabrizio Cerutti, Co-founder & Executive Director, Apriro Group
Fabrizio Cerutti

Fabrizio, a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, co-founded Beyond HR Consulting, a boutique consulting firm specializing in Human Capital Management and Executive Search services. Over the past 25 years, Fabrizio has contributed to the operation development and management of 18 cruise vessels, contributing to successful ship and refurbishment projects. He has also been involved in the concept development and delivery of two Hospitality & Training Services Academies in Indonesia and the Philippines, creating operation manuals and training modules. Fabrizio also managed onboard two floating hotels during the 2006 Asian Olympic games in Doha, Qatar. His expertise includes setting up and implementing effective health and sanitation manuals, devising hotel operation manuals, and auditing operations on behalf of third parties.

Eng Hwa manages the engineering team in Far East Organization in providing engineering operation, advisory and analytics services. His team of engineers and technicians provides solutions for the daily operations in several properties, including retail, hospitality, residential, industrial, office and medical suites.

Saikrishnan Ranganathan

Sai Ranganathan, CEO and co-founder of SensorFlow, is a leader in energy management solutions for hotels. He is committed to combating climate change and focuses on practical, adaptable solutions. SensorFlow uses IoT and smart automation to reduce energy consumption, optimize operational efficiency, and achieve sustainability targets. Sai's business acumen and high-level black box thinking have contributed to developing cutting-edge technology. As a young thought leader, SensorFlow has demonstrated measurable success in energy savings and operational efficiency across numerous hotels worldwide. His leadership drives technological innovation and fosters a collaborative culture, empowering his team to contribute to SensorFlow's mission of making hotels more productive, energy-efficient, and sustainable.

Yeow Shin We , Chief Technology Officer, Anewtech Systems
Yeow Shin We

Shin We leads the AI, Sustainability, & Digital practices. Shin We also spearheads the research and development of the Aitom.ai cloud platform, which builds on generative AI and digital human technologies to provide innovative 'AI Agent' services to automate operations and augment the human workforce in the retail, manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality industries. Shin We was also an Exco member and honorary secretary of AutomationSG for six years, working with the association to develop Automation, IoT and Robotics ecosystems across various industries in Singapore and Asia, including its AI-driven ecosystem discovery platform Airhub.ai. He has also served on industry workgroups at various government agencies, such as the Green Mark working group at the Building & Construction Authority (BCA) to drive sustainability for the built environment.
