Overview

Learn how the world's largest organizations can innovate at speed and scale, with the Working Backwards Innovation methodology - the same approach used by Amazon to develop innovations such as Alexa, Amazon Prime and even Web Services.

Working Backwards is a powerful innovation accelerant, where it becomes about the way we all work, every day, all the time. Innovation at scale is not about special people, special times or special projects. Innovation is about everybody's everyday job and the core mechanisms we use to get business-as-usual done!

Join us for an introduction to the Working Backwards Innovation Toolkit, how it drives a culture of innovation and new products that delight customers.
