Bruce Dowsing, Patent Attorney, Marks & Clerks
Bruce Dowsing

Bruce is a Singapore Registered Patent Attorney, Australian and New Zealand Registered Patent Attorney. A Singapore-based patent attorney, Bruce has drafted and prosecuted local and foreign patent applications relating to molecular and cell biology, such as stem cells, antibodies, fusion proteins, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, transgenic plants, medical diagnostics, and is one of the few to file and prosecute an application for plant variety protection in Singapore. Bruce provides advice in relation to patentability and patent infringement. He has experience in IP due diligence and contentious matters including patent opposition proceedings (in Australia).

Shelley is motivated by the mission of IPOS International to enable enterprises and industries to use intellectual property (IP) and intangible assets (IA) for business growth, as part of the Singapore IP Strategy 2030. She bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with authors, customers, and product managers from different backgrounds and domains.
