Overview
Managing Digital Products (MDP) is the bedrock to launch into product management. It approaches this from 1st principles with hands-on application of product management practices for novice product managers or those looking to transition into product management. More advanced specialisation is built upon this course.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
This 4-day course covers product discovery and delivery through the use of the product management framework, teaching the concepts, skills and tools and mindsets, required in executing day-to-day product management responsibilities. This equips the participant to manage new and existing products, leveraging data, agility, user experience design, and experimentation methods. This course is part of the Digital Products & Platforms and Software Systems series offered by NUS-ISS. It is part of the Graduate Certificate in Designing and Managing Products and Platforms, which is stackable to a Master of Technology in Software Engineering. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to: - effectively execute the digital product manager’s crucial role in driving digital business success by orchestrating all relevant stakeholders to manage a continually evolving product through its lifecycle. - develop mastery over building customer-centric products, and leveraging on data to make product decisions within an agile product life cycle and integrated partner ecosystems.
