In this workshop, we’ll dive deep into the COMPASS Framework that Ministry of Manpower introduced in Sep 2023 and the implications it has on businesses when hiring.

Justin Lim, Partner, Head of Outsourcing (Singapore) and Head of Corporate Secretarial (APAC) , Mazars
Justin Lim

Justin has over 12 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial. He currently leads the Singapore Outsourcing team, overseeing more than 60 professional staff, and concurrently serves as the Head of Corporate Secretarial APAC. Justin has dedicated the past 12 years in Singapore to assisting a portfolio of public and private companies, including those listed, in meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary and an Associate Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS).

Rain Chong, Partner, Outsourcing, Mazars
Rain Chong

Rain has over 13 years of audit and accounting experience in Singapore and Malaysia, currently leading the Accounting & Advisory practice at Mazars. With deep knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Rain serves as a Mazars global training ambassador for outsourcing services and oversees the technical training of the outsourcing team in Singapore. She is also a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Iris Goh

Iris has more than 20 years of professional working experience in areas such as Human Resources, Corporate Secretarial, and as an educator specializing in Human Resources Modules. She holds an MBA majoring in Human Resource Management, a BBA majoring in Finance, and a post-graduate certificate from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK. Iris's career has provided her with opportunities to travel extensively in Asia, including China, where she spent five years based in Beijing while managing the HR team in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Singapore. She is skilled at handling Talent Acquisition and Management, Performance Management, Training and Development, Mentoring and Coaching, as well as developing strategic HR practices. Iris is familiar with several industries, including professional services, IT, retail, manufacturing & assembly, and education.

Low Kit Ee

Kit Ee has more than 15 years of hands-on experience working with clients of various sizes, including private companies, branches, and listed companies in the corporate secretarial profession. She has experience in both in-house and corporate service provider roles, covering all aspects of corporate secretarial compliance, company registration, corporate restructuring and dissolution, cessation of business, and more. Currently, Kit Ee leads the Corporate Secretarial Team, supervises the Immigration Solutions team, and also leads the Liquidation Team at Mazars in Singapore.

Thong May Jun

May Jun has accumulated over 10 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, gaining hands-on expertise in collaborating with clients of diverse scales, including private companies, offshore entities, branches, and listed companies. Her proficiency extends to managing the entire spectrum of corporate secretarial responsibilities, encompassing tasks such as capital reduction, share buyback, members' voluntary winding up, vetting shareholders' agreements, attending board meetings, and drafting minutes. At present, May Jun holds a leadership role, overseeing a team responsible for corporate secretarial affairs and Immigration Solutions at Mazars in Singapore.
