Karen Tay, CEO and Head Coach, Threshold Allies
Karen Tay's career spans Singapore and Silicon Valley where she has advised, created strategic communications for, and coached start-up CEOs and CTOs, Cabinet Ministers and Non Profit Executive Directors. She has led at senior levels in the Singapore Government and a high growth start-up. She is currently CEO and Head Coach at Threshold Allies, a global talent consulting and coaching practice focused on Silicon Valley and Singaporeans early stage start-ups (Seed to Series B). She is also Co-Founder at Inherent, which supports women through challenging workplace situations. She is faculty at Singularity University, where she teaches at the Executive Program.

Victor is a seasoned VC investor with a career spanning North America and Asia Pacific. In his current role as Chief Investment Officer at Mighty Jaxx, he is dedicated to formulating investment strategies that reshapes the designer collectibles industry. His extensive experience includes a tenure as Director (North America) at SGInnovate, including a 6-year stint in Silicon Valley, managing the organization's investment funds and fostering startup partnerships and growth in the science and deep technology sector.
