PepsiCo's Greenhouse Program APAC 2026: IMPACT Edition Showcase will be held on Thursday 15 October as part of the inaugural Climate Innovation Summit.
Across Asia-Pacific, founders are exploring what it takes to move sustainability innovation through a global supply chain. This Showcase marks the culmination of a seven-month collaboration between PepsiCo and five alumni startups from previous Greenhouse cohorts, each testing real-world deployment inside an FMCG value chain.
Now in its fourth year in APAC, the Greenhouse program builds on its track record of launching more than 22 pilots from over 30 startups, reflecting PepsiCo’s focus on testing emerging solutions within its operations. The 2026 IMPACT Edition marks a clear evolution in this approach: from introducing new concepts for validation to evaluating potential pathways towards commercial deployment and scale.
The program reflects a broader shift underway, from pilot-led testing towards a focus on integration, and offers insights into how corporates and startups can collaborate to test integration pathways and explore the potential for longer-term impact.
The event will showcase what these five startups have achieved over the past seven months. Guests will also have the chance to network with the founders, as well as invited guests across PepsiCo's wider ecosystem.
Meet the startups:
Adiona - AI-enabled logistics technology designed to support route planning and fleet efficiency.
Bali Waste Cycle - Recovering and processing of low-value plastics, with potential relevance to brand's Extended Producer Responsibility readiness.
Beijing AIForce Tech - Electric agricultural machinery designed to automate farming processes and explore potential operational and emissions-related benefits.
Takachar - Technology intended to offer an alternative use for crop residues by converting them into biochar.
X‑Centric - Digital soil health measurement driving smarter, lower‑impact agricultural decisions.
