Generative AI possesses various use cases for optimising business operations. It can be employed to automate workflows, create innovative products or services, optimise marketing campaigns and predict trends.

Course Description & Learning Outcomes

With no coding knowledge required, Module 1 delves into the hierarchy of AI and how it learns, before exploring the world of Generative AI, including text, audio, image and video generation. This course incorporates lots of hands-on practice, demonstrations and case studies to provide participants with a deep understanding of how this technology can be applied in different organisational contexts. This module is part of the Advanced Certificate in Generative AI, Ethics and Data Protection At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to: - Understand Generative AI and how it is different from other types of AI as well as its learning model - Explore the different types of Generative AI, including text, audio, image and video generation - Identify the potential benefits of using Generative AI in an organisational context and the new generation of apps available - Learn about ethical considerations in Generative AI, including issues such as bias, transparency and responsible use - Gain hands-on experience in generating various outputs using Generative AI software
