Quantum computing is on the brink of revolutionising technology, enabling data processing at unprecedented speeds that far exceed current capabilities. This advancement holds the potential to address some of the world's most intricate challenges, including accelerating scientific discoveries, developing innovative pharmaceuticals, and transforming entire industries.

However, with this immense power comes significant risks.

Quantum computers possess the ability to decrypt encryption codes almost instantaneously, introducing severe vulnerabilities for organisations and their supply chains. The exposure of sensitive data, disruptions in supply chains, and the risk of intellectual property theft are all pressing concerns.

As businesses strive to become “quantum ready”, a divide has emerged; some organisations are leading the charge, while others are just beginning to explore this technology.
