Dr Hong Lei, Senior Patent Examiner, IPOS International
Dr Hong Lei is a Senior Patent Examiner at IPOS International with over six years of experience. He specialises in examining patent applications within the information and communications technology (ICT) space, with a keen focus on data encryption, blockchain, artificial intelligence and wireless communication. Hong Lei completed his PhD at the school of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) on silicon-based solar cell devices.
Dr Teo Ailing, Patent Examiner, IPOS International
Dr Teo Ailing is a Patent Examiner at IPOS International with over six years of experience. She specialises in patent applications relating to computer-implemented inventions, including those on blockchain and Fintech. Ailing was also previously part of an IP strategy solutions team helping corporations and enterprises unlock potential value from their intangible assets, where she performed patent data analytics to derive insights for future technology innovation, at both enterprise and industry levels.
