Overview
Sustainability has become a vital foundation for many businesses and organisations. Stakeholders in all spheres require their leadership to be responsible to the community at large and to contribute to sustainable development. Critically, there is an increasing amount of attention on the environmental, social and governance (ESG) pillars of sustainability and the implications of climate change.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, you will be able to: - Understand the broad range of issues and challenges in the business sustainability domain - Understand the emerging contexts and applications of sustainability, especially in the ESG and climate change arenas - Understand the essential regulations and standards, both globally and locally, for the various stakeholders of sustainability - Apply key skills and competences that are relevant to advancing sustainability in the respective industries and organisations - Apply yourself as a professionalised leader in sustainability, always ready for new changes and innovative disruptions that may have fundamental impacts on the organisation as well as the society at large
