Overview
Join us for Tech Talk, a part of SGInnovate's Let's Tech It series. It is a facilitated workshop aimed at introducing participants to Deep Tech applications like Cybersecurity. Led by subject matter experts, the session involves guided discussions and practical experiences.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
During this hands-on session, attendees will utilise a terminal to scan targets and execute a brute-force attack on a computer, allowing them to practice hacking techniques in a controlled environment.
This will be led by Ethan Seow, who is ISACA Singapore’s 2023 Infosec Leader, ISC2 2023 APAC Rising Star Professional in Cybersecurity, TEDx and Black Hat Asia speaker, educator culture hacker and entrepreneur with over 11 years in entrepreneurship, training and education.
His passion for effective technical training led him to form a cybersecurity training organisation that has, to date, trained more than 200 individuals and supported the entry of more than 100 individuals into the industry.
This session also provides insights on how participants can potentially transition into a career in cybersecurity.
