Educated from New Zealand's University of Otago, Scott accrued experience across a range of clinical settings, workers compensation insurance and workplace health solutions - along the way co-developing Australia's largest workplace wellbeing company to an 8-figure exit in 2012. 
With over 10 years' experience as a business leader across Asia Pacific, Scott has designed and developed employee health improvement programs for most industries. Now spearheading WellteQ ,Scott's focus is engaging people using health technology and improving businesses with data analytics, in doing so WellteQ is fast becoming a globally recognised leader of group wellness.
Yit Ming Liaw
Co-Founder and CEO, Smarter Health Pte Ltd
I am the co-founder and CEO of Smarter Health Pte Ltd, a healthcare platform that connects patients to specialist care in Southeast Asia. Through Smarter Health, patients can get an accurate diagnosis online, have visibility on treatment options and costs, and get connected to the right specialist all at the comfort of their own homes. We currently operate in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Singapore.
Before founding Smarter Health, I was the Head of Strategic Planning & M&A for IHH Healthcare Bhd, one of the world's largest hospital group. I helped grow IHH's portfolio of hospitals from 30 in 2012 to more than 50 to date. Prior to joining IHH, I was the VP of Investments at Khazanah Nasional Bhd (sovereign wealth fund of Malaysia). In my career, I was involved in a number of award winning transactions, which includes the SGD$3.6 billion take private of Parkway Holdings Ltd, USD$1.26 billion take private of Acibadem Hospitals, and the IPO of IHH Healthcare Bhd in 2012, which was the world's 3rd largest IPO for the year.
Natasha Gulati
Industry Manager Transformational Health Asia-Pacific, Frost & Sullivan
Natasha Gulati is an Industry Manager with the Frost & Sullivan Asia-Pacific Transformational Health practice. She focuses on monitoring and analyzing emerging trends, technologies and market behavior in the Connected Health industry across ASEAN, Australia-New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan and works closely with teams in India and China.
Her expertise also involves designing and conducting research projects based on qualitative and quantitative studies such as opportunity assessment, market feasibility and competitive benchmarking. Natasha has also completed several research studies covering electronic medical records (EMR), Cloud solutions, Population Health Management, Telehealth Business Models and Big Data technologies in healthcare.
Apart from in-depth industry research reports, Natasha has authored several articles, and has been quoted in general media, business magazines and industry journals and has presented at various industry workshops and conferences. across countries in Asia- Pacific.
Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, Natasha was an Industry Analyst at KPMG in India. Her sound understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries across various countries in Asia-Pacific allows her to work efficiently with client teams facing a diverse set of business challenges, across the region.
