Overview

Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has more typically been discussed for its role within healthcare institutions, now plays a crucial role in the broader Consumer Health journey. From monitoring health through smart wearables and recommending personalised wellness solutions, to streamlining administrative tasks like insurance claims, AI's impact can be far-reaching. However, concerns arise regarding equitable access, digital literacy, reduced personal interactions and privacy implications as the management of health is extended to stakeholders outside the traditional healthcare scope, made possible by digitalisation and AI. Join our panel discussion to explore the possibilities and challenges of integrating AI in the health continuum, aiming for solutions that benefit consumers while addressing these concerns.
