Blockchain for businesses - permissionless and permissioned blockchain

There is a critical difference between permissionless and permissioned blockchain technologies. What are the fundamental differences and how will organisations try to apply this technology to solve real-life problems?

Priya Mohan, Insight & Customer Strategy Manager at Oracle, will share her perspectives on this question.

About the speaker:

Priya has 12+ years international experience (APAC and Europe) in technology strategy consulting focusing on areas such as Blockchain, Cloud, AI, and Advanced Analytics. In her current role, she works with C-level executives to identify their problems and propose strategic business improvement solutions. She also acts as a strategic advisor for sales teams to help them effectively position Oracle's IaaS and PaaS portfolio. She holds an MBA from IMD, Switzerland, and a Bachelor in Engineering from VTU University, India

Pandu Sastrowardoyo lives at the intersection of business and technology. Having led multinational teams in several companies, she has a strong passion to link People, Products, and Processes to create new Possibilities.

She was the Country Leader of IBM’s first Expert Integrated System, PureSystems; a Business Manager for IBM ASEAN Lab Services, a part of the IBM Research labs; the AP Technical Manager for the IBM Worldwide Migration Factory Team; and Territory General Manager for Managed Services Partners in Indonesia.
Pandu brings a strong measure of Enterprise experience into Blockchain Zoo. As for now, she has presented Blockchain technologies to multiple institutions in Indonesia, including multiple Regional Development Banks (BPD) and Financial Service Authority of Indonesia (OJK)
