Building DAPPS-Solidity Smart Contracts for Beginners
As part of SGInnovate's Developers Meetup series, we want to engage with technical experts and developers to share their knowledge and expertise on various technologies as well as potential collaborations.
Dapper Academy is for developers and researchers looking to explore and expand their knowledge in new areas of decentralised technology. Join our free introductory workshop on how to build dApps and write Solidity smart contracts. Attendees can learn cutting-edge dApp and smart contract development on the Ethereum blockchain.
Our second meetup will cover the basics of the Solidity programming language. The session will involve:
- A presentation introducing the Solidity smart contract language, and
- Live coding of an example contract where participants can follow along.

Yos Riady, Software Engineer, Dapper Academy
Yos is a blockchain developer experienced in writing smart contracts and building decentralised applications on the Ethereum blockchain. He is passionate about decentralised technologies and started Dapper Academy to build community for developers in the space. Yos regularly writes about decentralised technology and has a track record of organising successful tech communities in Singapore.
