Mervyn Chng, CEO With a deep background in Trading and Finance, Mervyn was an active equities and futures trader for more than ten years before heavily investing in cryptocurrencies and venturing into decentralised finance. He was also the Co-founder of an investment advisory firm for blockchain projects. Before entering the crypto and blockchain industry, Mervyn was the General Manager of a local Oil & Gas company growing its trading operations to over $50M USD in turnover. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon) in Business from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.

Michael Ng, COO Michael was previously the Co-founder of an investment advisory firm for blockchain projects and bootstrapped a community management company during the cryptocurrency boom in 2017. He is deeply invested in the Proof-of-Stake ecosystem and is a huge advocator for decentralised finance. Michael was previously an Analyst at one of the largest Nordic banks in Europe, specialising in institutional debt markets, loan syndication, and FX products. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon) in Maritime Studies with a second major in Business from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.
