Project role: Associate Data Scientist

They are looking for an Associate Data Scientist interested in learning how to evaluate and test mission critical AI systems in production settings.

The Trainee will help evaluate and stress-test AI models to make sure they are fit for purpose and safe to be deployed for clients. This traineeship is ideal for someone with a data science foundation and is eager to contribute to real-world AI testing challenges.

Trainee's roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting in developing, testing, and evaluating machine learning models for real world customers.
2. Performing data preprocessing, analysis, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for model training and testing.
3. Working closely with senior data scientists and AI engineers to design testing frameworks for AI systems.
4. Validating AI models' performance and ensure compliance with client requirements, especially in mission-critical environments.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Responsible AI Scientists and software engineers, to support end-to-end model validation processes.
6. Contributing to the documentation of testing methodologies, results, and findings.
7. Staying updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and model testing techniques.
8. Supporting Resaro's product development processes by helping to track the latest research in AI testing and synthetic data generation techniques, including building out our proprietary datasets.
