Learning Outcomes:
1) Strengthen foundations of digital and business essentials via structured problem solving, digital use cases and business case development from BCG’s own toolkits
2) Develop expertise across the data lifecycle, from data preparation, data analytics, data visualization to machine learning
3) Gain familiarity with popular data analytics tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau and Python
4) Apply your learnings to a final Capstone project, where you will solve a real business problem for an organisation
Specialization Tracks offered:
1) Functional Analyst / Manager track: Organizations are increasingly looking out for functional analytics talent – those who can combine data analytics skills with deep functional expertise. This track aims to equip a mid-career professional (with experience in a functional domain) with key data analytics skills to land a functional analyst role! If you’re a mid–career professional in a functional role (e.g. in Operations, Finance, HR or Supply Chain) and looking to use data analytics skills to get ahead in your career, this is the right track for you!
2) Data Analyst track: This track is designed for participants looking to build a career in data analytics. This track will cover data analytics skills in more depth (as compared to FA/M Track) and will provide opportunities to prepare you for real-life interviews (through practice hands-on technical tests & mock interview role-plays). If you’re looking to transition into or enter a data analytics career, this is the right track for you!
Recommended Prerequisites
-Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents or Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holder
-Aged 21 years and above
-Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree holder
-Basic literacy in operating a computer and browsing the internet
-Not currently residing overseas
Schedule
End Date: 09 Nov 2024, Saturday
Every Monday and Wednesday (7-10pm), and Saturday (1-4pm, with some at 9am-12pm) ▪ Format: All classes are online in real time, and instructors teach with camera on. Only final capstone project will require in-person attendance at BCG's Singapore office.
