Trainer's Profile:
Casper Peh, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Svested
Casper started his career as a co-founder of TheMobileGamer Pte Ltd, a venture-backed company that did two rounds of fundraising before securing a partial buyout by Singtel and Softbank (SSBI) in 2012. He later joined Wildfire Pte Ltd as CFO/COO where he got his second exit through an M&A with Linkfluence via a shares swap in 2015. Between 2016 to 2018, Casper worked on pricing strategy and unit economics in Laku6 before finally joining Golden Gate Ventures as the Head of Portfolio Finance in 2019. He also rendered his service at Chilibeli before starting Svested. About Svested: Svested provides a user-friendly, digital cloud-based platform for startups to manage their ESOP and equity (CapTable) and provides advisory for ESOP planning and setting up. They also offer corporate services that will soon be integrated into their platform, complete with digital signing solutions.
