This course is a part of the Enterprise Sustainability Programme (ESP) by Enterprise Singapore, to support Singapore businesses on sustainability initiatives, and to capture new opportunities in the green economy. As this course is part of Enterprise Singapore Programme (ESP), eligible Singapore companies can benefit from a 70% subsidy by Enterprise Singapore.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Essentials course is designed in partnership with Enterprise Singapore to help you kickstart your ESG journey. With the support of Deloitte’s global network of experts, the course will provide you with a fundamental understanding and practical tools needed to incorporate ESG principles into your businesses and drive your ESG agenda. Directors are welcome to attend this prescribed course to fulfil the new Singapore Exchange (SGX) requirements with regard to directors’ training on sustainability. How this course benefits you: 1. Identify crucial ESG trends and their impact on Singapore companies including SMEs. 2. Kok Thong has approximately five years of experience as an assurance practice staff and was involved in auditing listed companies on Bursa Malaysia and multinational corporations ranging from manufacturing, leisure and hospitality, engineering and construction. He is also part of the central sustainability assurance team covering engagements in assuring various of environmental, social and governance criterias.
