Overview
This workshop helps Engineering Leaders and Technology Venture Founders make the right financial decisions in the life cycle of their companies.
It aims to equip Engineers and Engineering Leaders with a practical knowledge of accounting and finance as well as to build a foundation for Tech Venture Founders' knowledge in accounting, finance and fundraising. This workshop also encourages self-learning by Engineers in the areas of corporate finance and financial planning for Engineering and Technology companies.

Eric Tan, Corporate Trainer, IES-INCA Pte LtdMr Eric Tan was formerly a Senior Investment Manager with SEEDS Capital and currently imparts his extensive knowledge in business, financial, and risk management to over 100 startups through his work and mentorship with NTU, SMU, IES and ACE. He has both the sell side and buy side experience, having worked in a VC fund and served as the CFO for two startups that collectively raised more than $12mil in funding. He became an Entrepreneur and started his own businesses 7 years ago.
