At the end of the 1-day course, participants will be able to: - Define ChatGPT and learn the fundamentals of ChatGPT - Explore the applications of ChatGPT in businesses and examine how to train and fine-tune a ChatGPT model - Learn the Advanced ChatGPT techniques (conversational Artificial Intelligence, chatbots, customisation for specific tasks) and analyse the best practices of using ChatGPT - Understand the ethical considerations of using ChatGPT - Discover the strategies for maintaining and updating your ChatGPT model - Acquire the lessons learnt from the challenges of using a ChatGPT with real-world case studies and examples
