Overview
SE100 is the first course in the Software Engineering Nanodegree. It serves as an introductory course to the world of web development. In this course, learners will master all the core technology required to build a web application.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
SE100 is designed to impart learners, who are keen to transition to a career as a software engineer or technopreneur, with the skills to build and deploy a sophisticated web application. Learners will acquire skills in the following: Lesson 1: Internet Architecture, HTML and CSS Lesson 2: Advanced CSS and Deployment Lesson 3: JavaScript Data Types and Decision Structures Lesson 4: JavaScript Iterations and Functions Lesson 5: Creating Interactive Web Applications with JavaScript Lesson 6: JSON and RESTful APIs Lesson 7: NodeJs and ExpressJs Lesson 8: Introduction to React Lesson 9: Advanced React Lesson 10: Version Control and Software Testing
