Course Description & Learning Outcomes

Participants will learn the functions, interface and settings of ChatGPT. They will then explore both basic and advanced tips and techniques for working effectively alongside ChatGPT, which include writing effective command prompts, experimenting with iterations and performing post-editing for specific purposes. Beyond these fundamental skills, the course will take a closer look at some special pointers that need to be considered when writing proposals, emails, meeting minutes and presentation pitches with ChatGPT. Participants will have numerous opportunities to try their hands at writing with ChatGPT through various class exercises and team activities. The course will also discuss the ethical and legal considerations behind writing with ChatGPT, and how these potential red flags can be avoided.
