Course fees: SGD 2,398 (with 9% GST) WIPO provides a limited number of scholarships to participants for the programme. Martin Brassell, CEO and Co-Founder, Inngot LimitedMartin Brassell is a specialist in the commercial use of intellectual property; how it can be used to generate business value through incorporation in products and services, and through other monetisation techniques such as licensing, collaboration and fundraising. Martin draws on more than 30 years of experience, as a senior manager with responsibility for intellectual assets in small, medium and large enterprises; as an adviser to high growth businesses; and as co-founder and CEO of the UK company Inngot Limited (www.inngot.com). The Inngot team have helped thousands of businesses to make better use of their IP and intangibles, by offering consulting services, training and education and online tools. Martin first worked with IPOS on strategy and IP financing projects in 2014, and since then has led the team responsible for producing many of the business guides, videos and training materials available from IPOS International.

Kylie Peh, Partner, WongPartnershipKylie Peh is a Partner in WongPartnership’s Intellectual Property, Technology & Data Practice. Her main practice areas encompass both contentious and non-contentious IP, IP portfolio management, technology, media and telecommunications work (TMT), as well as privacy and data protection. In the area of IP, Kylie has been involved in transactional, enforcement and advisory work including franchising and IP due diligence, IP asset acquisitions, divestments and other arrangements in the context of corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising brand and rights holders on the creation, protection, enforcement and exploitation of their IP rights and assets. She has been recognised as a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500: Asia Pacific - The Client's Guide to the Asia Pacific Legal Profession since 2016 for the areas of IP and TMT. Kylie was also recognised as an ‘Up and coming Lawyer’ in Technology, Media and Telecommunications by Chambers Asia Pacific 2023.

Thitapha Wattanapruttipaisan, Director, WIPO Singapore OfficeThitapha has over 20 years’ professional experience, along with 76 policy papers and articles in major regional newspapers and technical journals. While at the ASEAN Secretariat during 2001/13, she designed, convened and/or took part in about 330 inter-governmental and expert group meetings, plus training programs for some 8,500 government officers and business person. These comprised both executive and working level professionals with a mandated focus on SMEs and entrepreneurship development, intellectual property rights, competition and consumer protection policies, trade negotiations and dispute settlement, women’s economic empowerment, and regional economic integration. She joined the World Intellectual Property Organization in June 2022 as Director of the WIPO Singapore Office, which is dedicated to serving ASEAN Member States in fostering the use and leverage of IP for the benefit of everyone, everywhere.
